How it all began...
My first photographic attempts were related to travel.
When our class went for a student exchange to Elancourt (near Paris) in 1979, I borrowed an old Agfa Isoly roll film camera from my parents to document the trip. For me, this was the first time going abroad without my family. Going to another country for a week was something extremely exciting at that time.
Apart from people, it was obviously tourist attractions that caught my attention.
